Dell launches Inspiron Mini 12 netbook

Dell has unveiled a super-slim netbook but with a display size of 12 inches, which is the biggest netbook in terms of screen size seen so far.

The Inspiron Mini 12 is based on the Intel's new Atom platform and is powered by the 2 Watts Z520 or Z530 processor depending on the model. It offers a battery life of up to three hours for its 3-cell battery and weighs just around 1.24 kilograms.

The laptop comes with a 12.1 inch display and includes everything from Wifi, bluetooth, webcam, 3 USB ports, a card reader, VGA and Ethernet.

The netbook is right now available only in Japan and will be seen in other countries next month. More detailed specs are listed below.
