Lenovo has recently launched its new X series ThinkPad, in a good response to Samsung's X360 and Apple's MacBook Air. The new laptop is based on the previous X300 but includes the new Intel Centrino 2 architecture offering 20% improvement over its predecessor.

The X301 is one of the most lightest and thinnest laptop in the ultra-portable business category weighing under 3 pounds. The laptop will support DisplayPort, Wimax and models with integrated mobile broadband will have GPS navigation capability.
