Microsoft is going to drop the prices of XBox 360 further down September, 2008 next month. The price cuts will result in strong competition in the console war with Sony's Playstation 3.

The new prices will be as followings:

Xbox 360 Arcade - $199 (Down from $280)
Xbox 360 Pro (60GB) - $299 (Down from $350)
Xbox 360 Elite (120GB) - $399 (Down from $450)

The prices are expected to drop on September 7, 2008. The console includes the following:
